Orientation Meeting October 10, 2010

At The Sports Zone

 

Tryouts for Ages 10's, 11's, 12's, 13's and 14's will be on October  17 & 24, 2010

Tryouts for Ages 15's, 16's, 17's and 18's will begin on November 21, 2010

Paperwork Needed for Tryouts:

AAU Registration card - go to www.aausports.org to renew or gain a new membership

AAU Medical Form - see attachment below

Player Information form / Sports Zone Waiver - attached below in registration packet

Athlete and Parent Code of Conduct - attached below in registration packet

Cape Coast Participation Agreement - attached below in registration packet

$40 tryout fee - cash or check

Cape Coast Beginner Volleyball 6 week  Leauge

 

Cape Coast Grade School and Junior High Rec League Fall 2010

5-7 year olds mini volleyball (smaller court)

8-14 year olds

October 10 - November 20 

Orientation, final registration, and team placement

Oct. 10th at the Sports Zone 5-7 pm

Practice  one night per week, 4 matches on Saturday

Tournament days Oct 16, Nov 6, 13, & 20 (all tourn. at the Sports Zone)
