Cape Coast Beach Volleyball Club is excited to announce our summer training opportunities for all ages, and for both boys and girls. We are super stoked by the growth of beach volleyball in Brevard County, especially now that it’s an official high school sport!! Female high school athletes can now earn a varsity letter playing beach volleyball!! We are also currently helping promote the sport to boys interested in learning the game of beach volleyball and even have a group currently training at Satellite one day a week.
There will be training options for a variety of skill sets and levels of experience. There are tremendous benefits in playing beach volleyball. Players must learn to be proficient at all skill sets along with the game being played in challenging conditions. I have been coaching both indoor and beach volleyball for a very long time. I have consistently seen the most individual growth and increased mental toughness in a player when training beach.
Training will be held at Satellite High again this summer. Players will be separated by age and skill level during the training sessions. There will be multiple training sessions held beginning the week of May 29th. Tentative training schedule below.
